  1. Thank you for this teaching. It’s powerful to be reminded that a true teacher doesn’t create dependence, but encourages self-inquiry and liberation. The insight about the three gunas helping us shed negative self-concepts is deeply relevant—so much of our suffering grows from what we believe about ourselves. This feels like a gentle awakening to the peace that’s always been there, beyond our ideas and identities.
